Prescription Medications

All prescription medications dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription are non-returnable and non-refundable. Pharmacy regulations prohibit the return or reuse of medications once dispensed or prepared for an individual patient.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

  • If medication arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Notify ProlongMDâ„¢ within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs if requested
  • Approved issues will be resolved by replacement, not refund

Medical Services

Fees for medical consultations and services are generally non-refundable once rendered. Refunds for services not yet provided may be considered at ProlongMD™’s discretion.

Subscription and Auto-Billing

Some programs involve recurring billing. By enrolling, you authorize automatic charges at the disclosed interval until canceled.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Late requests may apply to the following billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to refunds for prior charges or dispensed medications.
