ProlongMD™ is committed to transparent, fair pricing for clinician-directed hormone optimization and weight loss care. If you are already receiving treatment elsewhere, we will match your current monthly price when care and medication are clinically comparable.

This guarantee reflects our belief that patients should not have to choose between quality medical oversight and fair pricing.  

What does “Clinically Comparable” mean? To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must include all of the following:

  • The same medication and formulation
  • Equal or greater total milligrams delivered per month
  • Injectable therapy only (no oral, sublingual, or alternative formats)
  • Ongoing clinician-directed medical care, including follow-ups
  • A comparable billing term, without extended or forced prepayment to achieve the quoted price
  • Medication fulfillment and shipping included
  • Comparable quality, safety and sourcing standards, as outlined below.

Medication and Pharmacy Equivalency Requirement

ProlongMD™’s Price Match Guarantee applies only to treatment programs that are medically and clinically comparable.

  • To qualify, the competing offer must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Medications are patient-specific, prescription-based therapies
  • Medications are dispensed by a U.S. state-licensed pharmacy
  • Medications are intended for human medical use, not labeled, marketed, or sold for research purposes
  • Treatment includes ongoing clinician-directed medical oversight, not one-time prescriptions or medication-only programs

Offers involving research-grade compounds, non-patient-labeled products, non-U.S.–licensed pharmacies, or medications not dispensed pursuant to a valid medical prescription are not considered clinically comparable and are not eligible for price matching.

Not Eligible for Price Matching

  • Price matching does not apply to:
  • Semaglutide compared to tirzepatide
  • Starting at” prices tied to lower doses than those prescribed by ProlongMD™
  • Membership-only pricing or offers that exclude medication
  • Promotional, introductory, or limited-time discounts
  • Offers requiring longer or mandatory prepayment periods to achieve the quoted monthly price. 

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match with ProlongMD™, you must provide verifiable, current pricing from the competing provider.

Required:

  • Name of the provider or company
  • A live link to the competitor’s official website showing the current price
  • Medication name and formulation
  • Prescribed dose, duration, and total milligrams delivered per month
  • Included services, such as medical consults, follow-ups, or monitoring
  • Billing terms, including any prepayment or minimum commitment
  • Confirmation that medication is dispensed by a U.S. state-licensed pharmacy

If pricing is not publicly available:
Written documentation (such as a patient portal summary or provider-issued quote) may be submitted at ProlongMD™’s discretion and must be sufficient to independently verify the offer.

Requests without a verifiable public link or equivalent proof may be declined.
